St Paul's Church, Yelverton

St Paul’s Church, Yelverton has also commemorated those who lost their lives in the war. There is a framed parchment that names eight people from Yelverton who lost their lives during the Second World War. However one name that appears on the Buckland Monachorum Memorial at Crapstone has been omitted from the parchmenmt—namely Russell James Weeks. His widow lived at Willowby Lodge until she died in 1989.

There is also a separate framed document to D C Roe (see page 14). The East window, designed by Phillips of Plymouth, was dedicated to the preservation of the church and loved ones during the Second World War.
